Expedition

Once the order has been placed, we process it as quickly as possible so that it is available on the desired date.

Product availability

The products on the site are always available because they are cooked to order, the same day. So you are guaranteed to always have fresh and quality products.

Cancellation or modification of order

It is possible to cancel or modify a recent order until the evening before. To do this, you must send us an email the evening before. If your order is ready on D-Day, it will not be possible to cancel it.

Meals are not exchangeable or refundable, unless there is an error on our part.

You must ensure that no allergen is found in the ingredients of the dishes ordered.

In case of allergy, we cannot guarantee that there is no trace of an allergen even if we do our best to reduce the risks. In case of severe allergy, we do not recommend consuming our products.
